Account Cancellation and Data Deletion
We understand that your privacy is important, and we strive to give you full control over your personal data.
Should you decide to cancel your account with PiniOn, you have the option to also have all your data removed from our servers. This includes every mission you've participated in, all the answers you've provided, and your personal details.
Please note, however, that due to local legislation regarding financial transactions, any data related to fund withdrawals from your digital wallet to a bank account cannot be deleted.
This is to ensure compliance with fraud control regulations and to maintain the integrity of financial records. If you choose data deletion, it is crucial to understand that this action is irreversible, and all selected data will be permanently erased with no option for recovery.
Cancel Your Account via the PiniOn App
- Open the PiniOn app and sign in to your account
- Navigate to the Profile tab
- Tap on the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner
- Tap on 'Cancel Account'
- Confirm your intention to cancel by tapping on "Yes, I want to cancel my account"
- Provide a reason for the cancellation. If you choose to have your data deleted, please specify this in your message. Note that data deletion is final and irreversible
- Account cancellation will be processed within 7 business days. If you have requested data deletion, this will be completed within 40 business days
Cancel Your Account via E-mail
- Write an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Account Cancellation Request"
- In the email body, explain your reason for wanting to cancel your account. If you would also like your data to be deleted, please include this specific request. Remember, data deletion cannot be undone
- Send the e-mail
- Account cancellation will be processed within 7 business days. If you have requested data deletion, this will be completed within 40 business days
